Job Summary
Prosper Ford is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Director to lead our high-performing digital sales team in Prosper, Texas. The ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader with the ability to drive online traffic, maximize lead conversion, and close deals. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on competition, delivers results, and motivates their team to achieve aggressive sales goals.
Compensation & Benefits
The successful candidate will earn $8,000 to $12,000 per month , paid semimonthly, with significant earning potential based on performance. Additional benefits include dealership discounts, competitive health, vision, and dental benefits, as well as long-term growth opportunities for top performers.
Responsibilities
• Build, train, and lead a motivated internet sales team focused on high conversion and appointment setting
• Drive results by holding the team accountable for lead follow-up, response times, and sales goals
• Personally engage in deal-making, taking TOs, and closing when needed to maximize profitability
• Develop strategies to grow online traffic and capture more market share through digital retail channels
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and in the CRM, ensuring every lead is worked to full potential
• Prepare performance reports and deliver results directly to upper management
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ proven success in automotive internet sales or BDC management
• Strong closing skills with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals
• Ability to hire, motivate, and hold a sales team accountable for performance
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, lead management processes, and digital marketing strategies
• High sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid US driver’s license
