JDE Business Analyst JDE Business Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled JDE Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, implementing solutions within the JDE platform, and providing training and support to end-users. This role is crucial in ensuring that our ERP systems effectively meet the requirements of the business and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to the JDE system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ERP solutions that improve business processes.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to processes, requirements, and system functionality.
• Provide training and support to users on JDE functionalities and processes.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
• Perform financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis and working with ERP systems, preferably JDE.
• Strong skills in data analysis and proficiency in SQL.
• Excellent understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies and requirements gathering techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to train users and create user-friendly documentation.
