Job Description

• Base Pay:
  • 0-200 miles: $2.00 per mile ($50 minimum)
  • 201-400 miles: $1.37 per mile
  • 401-600 miles: $1.13 per mile
  • 601+ miles: $1.02 per mile

• Regular home time, often as frequently as every few weeks

• OTR (Over-the-Road)

• No Orientation Pay for Lease Purchase (LP) drivers
• No money down, No Credit Check, Walkaway Lease
• Easy Pass Provided (ICA Specific)
• Pet Policy: $500 deposit
• New fixed cost structure

• 48-state coverage
• Solo network primarily EAST of I-35
• Primary SOLO freight base in Northeast, Southeast, and Midwest
• Limited SOLO freight to and from the Southwest and West coast; primarily TEAM markets

• Experience Required: 9 months in the last 3 years
• Orientation: Bring your gear to orientation and immediately embark on your route. If needed, USX will redirect you homeward to retrieve any forgotten items. Videos must be completed before arrival to expedite a 1-day orientation process.
• ATBS PRE-FUND Call: Prepare with current monthly expenses for the best cash flow plan.
• NC Residents: Required to have workman's comp insurance.
• IC Fleet Managers: Average driver ratio is 30-35
• IC Flexibility: Ability to accept and decline freight within the network

• Must be at least 21 Years of Age
• Must have a minimum of 9 Full Months Class A Driving Experience
