Fulcrum Home Loans is growing-and we're looking for a Loan Officer to join our direct-to-consumer team. You'll be stepping into a system that's already producing high-volume inbound demand through Fulcrum's platform, with the support, training, and structure to grow alongside it. This position is in-office, not remote.

Responsibilities

•Make inbound & outbound calls to leads to convert them into qualified customers.
•Follow up with prospective borrowers in a structured, systematic way.
•Utilize CRM and lead management systems to track all communication, set tasks, and monitor lead progress.
•Consult with potential loan applicants - answer questions and provide additional information about home loan products to create personal relationships.
•Assemble financial information to assist with loan applications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants' financial situation and eligibility.
•Monitor sales pipeline and meet sales expectations.

Qualifications

•Sales experience is mandatory.
•If not already a licensed mortgage loan officer, must be willing to obtain NMLS / MLO / Idaho state license.
•Experience in mortgage lending institutions, credit unions, financial services, real estate, or related fields is preferred, but not required.
•Superb relationship, sales, communication, and MS Office skills are needed.
•Must be coachable and excited to learn.
