The Role and What You'll Do:
160/90 is currently seeking a full-time Junior Operations Analyst to work on the agency business operations team. This position will have a strong focus in problem solving and working with the agency's systems and processes. Additionally, the individual will liaison with all departments and service areas including partnerships, experiential marketing, branding, communications, and business development, as well as work closely with finance and senior management.
Become an expert with the agency's project management software, Workamajig
Learn other systems utilized by the agency including the internally developed business pipeline software, Concur expense reporting, and SAP financial system
Learn about the various Centers of Excellence (services) within the agency
Provide training and support on the basic functions of the project management software
Utilize reporting from the project management software, learn to write ad hoc reports to support the business, and perform analytical work
Understand master data structure and provide support by identifying errors and troubleshooting issues with master data
Establish and document standard processes and share best practices
Perform data analytics and assist with maintaining dashboards and other management reporting
Recommend actions, improvements and solutions based on analyzing and interpreting data
Support routine meetings with account service client teams
Maintain pricing models for staffing projects within profit margin range
Implement and maintain business processes for paid staff utilization
Utilize time tracking data to analyze burn rate trends on a macro and micro level
You Have These:
College degree required preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance
2-4+ years of financial analyst or entry level business experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a work environment where rapidly changing priorities can be the rule rather than the exception
Attention to details and accuracy
Self-starter, comfortable solving problems, and a passion to learn and grow
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint required, advanced Excel functions preferred
Data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) a plus
Solid organization and time management skills
Ability to work with all levels, present information to management, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with mapping business process flows is a plus
Must adhere to company COVID protocols

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$64,480 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
