We are currently seeking a highly creative, dedicated, and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting and challenging projects within the construction industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture, with expertise in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe, site plan, and site design.
Responsibilities:
As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Developing comprehensive plans and designs for a variety of landscape projects using AutoCAD, Land F/X, and Adobe Suite.
2. Preparing site plans, specifications, and cost estimates for land development, coordinating the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures.
3. Conducting detailed site analysis including environmental, geographical, and cultural elements.
4. Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to ensure project goals are met, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
5. Presenting design plans, proposals, and reports to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and technology in landscape architecture.
7. Supervising and providing guidance to junior landscape architects and interns.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need the following:
1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture within the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design software.
4. Strong knowledge of site plan creation and site design.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
7. A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
8. Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) license or equivalent is preferred.
