Position : 3D Renderer
Working Hours (Client) : PH Timezone
Holidays : TBD
Pay Range : 1500 - 3000 USD 

Role Overview:

As a 3D Renderer, you'll create high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations for various projects, collaborating closely with designers, architects, and clients to bring concepts to life. Your responsibilities will include rendering detailed models, texturing, lighting, and post-production to ensure compelling, accurate visuals that align with twobuild’s creative vision and client requirements. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential for this role.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • As a 3D Renderer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations that bring project concepts to life. You will collaborate closely with designers, architects, and clients to align creative outputs with project goals and twobuild’s standards.
  • Creating and rendering detailed 3D models with realistic textures, lighting, and environments to deliver compelling visual representations.
  • Performing post-production work on rendered images using Photoshop to refine details and enhance overall quality. 
  • Combine Render with Environment - Integrate Background Photos of the Environment/Site (Indoor/Outdoor-Render with View and real Background) given by the Client or organized from us.
  • Developing dynamic video renderings for project presentations and immersive walkthroughs.
  • Ensuring that all visual outputs align with Twobuild’s creative vision and meet client expectations for accuracy and aesthetic appeal.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in industry-standard 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Blender, D5).
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in 3D rendering and visualization.
  • Proficiency in D5 Render and/or Unreal Engine.
  • Advanced skills in Photoshop for post-production editing.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
  • Creating 3D Models if necessary and Model and design the furnishings and Details. 
  • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing 3D rendering work is required.
