Job Description

The Mail Coordinator is responsible for performing the daily tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, shipping and receiving mail and packages. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to details, and the ability to provide high level of customer service in a professional and pleasant manner. Proficiency in using mail management software and experience in similar role are preferred.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position ranges from $50,000.00 to $65,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

• Distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies.
• Daily run to Post office
• Mail sorting.
• Creating shipping labels for outgoing packages
• Documenting daily metrics
• Maintaining Copy room and Conference rooms
• Supplies inventory

Qualifications

• Prior administrative experience preferred
• Have solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of up to 25 lbs.
• Requires frequent performing of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
• High school diploma or higher
• Previous experience in mailroom operations
• Proficiency in using mail management software
• Strong problem- solving abilities.
• Manual dexterity for handing
• Valid drivers license
• Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
