Job Description

We are seeking two experienced Maintenance Mechanics to join our small, skilled team in a state-of-the-art production facility. This role is hands-on and focuses on maintaining, repairing, and fabricating machinery to keep production running efficiently. Candidates should have experience working with metal, wood, plastics, welding, and general machine maintenance .

Location: Londonderry, NH (occasional travel to MA & other U.S. sites)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm (some flexibility as needed)

Salary range: $66,560-$72,800

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on production machinery and equipment
• Fabricate parts from metal, wood, and plastics ; perform light welding as needed
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues (no license required)
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve machine reliability
• Support projects, including fabrication and modifications, using CAD software and 3D printing equipment
• Maintain inventory of parts and place orders as needed
• Collaborate closely with a small team to solve problems and improve processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in maintenance, fabrication, and machine repair
• Strong skills in metal, wood, plastics, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Familiarity with CAD software and 3D printing is a plus
• Able to lift 30-40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Must pass a background check
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other company locations
