Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Meat Manager to oversee the meat department of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food handling, food safety, and meat cutting, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
•Manages the Meat Department for maximum productivity.
•Product ordering and inventory control.
•Coordinates production, merchandising and sales.
•Leads a team to deliver the finest quality product, highest level of service and greatest customer service experience.
•Assists in hiring, training and developing his team.
•Ensures the compliance of health/ safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
•Minimum 3 years' experience in meat department processes and procedures.
•Fluent in Spanish.
•Have the ability to work a flexible schedule.
•Good communication skills.
