We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Territory Sales & Target Achievement:
• Responsible for selling medical device products within the assigned territory and achieving sales targets.
• Develop new customer relationships while maintaining and nurturing existing ones to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Client Engagement & Product Solutions:
• Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, distributors, and other key clients to understand their needs.
• Provide tailored product solutions through demonstrations and presentations.
3. Market Expansion & Event Participation:
• Attend industry trade shows, seminars, and other events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
• Evaluate potential opportunities at exhibitions and follow up with new leads.
4. Market Intelligence & Feedback:
• Collect and analyze market information and competitor activities; provide timely feedback to management.
• Assist in refining sales strategies based on market dynamics.
5. Sales Administration & Support:
• Support the entire sales process, including contract negotiation, order tracking, and payment collection.
• Complete additional sales-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Medicine, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in medical device sales; candidates familiar with the U.S. medical device market are preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills and a proven ability in market development.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform well under pressure.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
Compensation:
Base salary of 3000/month plus commissions for the first three months.
Transition to a pure commission-based structure after three months.
Estimated total earnings potential ranges from $80,000 to $200,000 (performance-based).
Employment Type:
Flexible: Full time / Part time / Contractor / Pure commission based / partnership agreement acceptable also
