Soliant Health is seeking a Nurse Educator for an exciting travel contract job in Santa Monica, CA . This part-time travel contract opportunity runs from October to December 2024 and involves partnering with the sales team and providing clinical education to support the transition of patients to an Option Care Health (OCH) delivery model.

Job Overview:

As a Nurse Educator in Santa Monica, CA , youll play a vital role in facilitating the successful transition of patients to OCH services. This travel contract job involves working closely with patients, caregivers, facility staff, and the sales team to increase patient transitions to OCH. Youll also educate and train patients and referral sources about OCH services while ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical education and training to patients, caregivers, and facility staff to ensure a smooth transition to OCH services.
• Partner with the sales team to improve processes and increase patient transitions.
• Travel within the Santa Monica and Westwood areas to conduct live education and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare standards (ACHC, URAC) and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Document education and training in OCH applications and technology.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication skills with experience establishing relationships across various levels of an organization.
• Ability to travel locally 100% of the time and provide patient education in care facilities, hospitals, and patient homes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with home or alternate site infusion or discharge planning.
• Experience growing service provider partnerships.
