Fulfillment Coordinator & Customer Service Representative
Kingston, WA | Part-Time (24–32 hrs/week) | $20–$25/hr
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Heron Botanicals has been crafting fresh plant extracts for over 40 years. From our home base in Kingston, WA, we work with ethical wildcrafters and beyond-organic farms to create herbal supplements for healthcare practitioners. Our roots are in plant medicine, our heart is in sustainability, and our work connects people to plants in the cycles of healing.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a balance of routine and variety: packaging and shipping herbal products, supporting customers by phone and email, and helping our small team keep things moving smoothly. This is hands-on, detail-oriented work that directly supports doctors, patients, and the earth.

Package and ship herbal extracts
Take phone orders and provide caring customer service
Manage customer accounts and payments
Keep fulfillment supplies organized
Mix formulas and prepare finished products
Jump in to help other departments when needed
You Are…
Organized and comfortable with detailed procedures
Curious about herbal medicine and eager to learn
At ease both on your own and as part of a team

We make herbal dietary supplements that support both human health and the health of the planet. Naturopath-owned and -led, we partner with ethical wildcrafters and beyond-organic growers to produce potent, clinically effective extracts—most made from fresh plants—that help heal the land as well as the body.
Unlike many companies that rely on imported herbs, we’re committed to a resilient, domestic herbal supply chain: over 80% of the herbs we use are grown or wildcrafted in the United States. This commitment supports regenerative agriculture, ecological stewardship, and the vitality of herbal medicine in clinical practice.
