Do you have Customer Service skills and experience and enjoy a job that keeps you moving and not sitting at a desk? Church Paper Inc. has a Full Time (Monday-Friday, 32-40 hrs/wk, flexible between 8-5, no overtime) Order Fulfillment / Customer Service position available.

Church Paper, Inc., a small business, distributes printing paper products nationwide for churches, schools, printers, and businesses.

Job Duties Include:

• Most of the time, operate a small paper perforating machine in a clean environment to complete customer paper orders. Training will be provided for the very simple machine
• Provide excellent customer service by answering phones and using a computer to take orders, answer questions, process payments, send/receive emails, and handle shipping issues with UPS & FedEx. Typing skills are required.
• Possess a work ethic that contributes to the team to achieve customer satisfaction and business success
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment within an Air Conditioned and Heated facility

We are seeking motivated individuals with the following characteristics:

• Enthusiasm to perform job duties accurately
• Prior customer service experience preferred, customers make our business grow!
• Reliable, Dedicated, Punctual, have Integrity, and Respect for others
• Ability and desire to work on your feet: standing, walking, lifting (occasionally 40+ lbs.), bending, pushing and pulling
• Detail oriented and self-driven to work independently
• Skilled in customer communication with professional telephone manner
• Computer and typing skills required (can type proficiently while on phone)
• Professional communication and organization skills
• High School Graduate
• Non Smoking
