This is a PART TIME position. We are currently only seeking candidates who wish to work 24 hours per week. 

Princeton Scientific Corp. is currently seeking an administrative assistant for our office in Bethlehem, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and managing the database system by entering new contacts and updating current contacts.
• Answering inbound phone calls and voice messages.
• Typing documents, scanning, copying, printing, and faxing.
• Generating emails, including follow-ups, to clients.
• Organizing and maintaining the filing system.
• Sending promotional emails to prospective clients.
• Ordering office supplies or other materials for the business.
• Seeking quotations for services applicable to business needs.
• Other tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

• 1-year minimum experience in an administrative position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Attention to detail is a MUST!
• Ability to follow directions closely and take constructive feedback

Work hours are from 9 AM-5:30 PM, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This is not a remote position. The office is located in Bethlehem, close to the Nazareth Pike.
