Position Responsibilities

Analyze sales tax exemption certificates for accuracy.

Contact customers if documentation is missing or incomplete.

Apply approved sales tax exemption certificates to customer files.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.

Great customer service, communication and multi-tasking skills.

Work up to 30 hours per week. This can be flexible around course schedule.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
