Join to apply for the Patent Attorney role at Hawley Troxell . Hawley Troxell is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Patent practice group in the Boise office. An existing partial or full client portfolio is preferred. Backgrounds in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering are required. Law firm experience prosecuting patents is preferred; experience drafting software and machine learning patent applications is a plus. The role offers the opportunity to work in a small, collaborative department supported by large law firm resources. The client base is diverse, ranging from large high-tech companies to small start-ups. Responsibilities include direct client interaction and management.
