About the Role

An Entertainment Industry professional is seeking a detail-oriented and discreet Executive/Personal Assistant to provide both professional and personal support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The position is primarily remote, but candidates must be based in or near New York City and available for in-person meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendar, inbox, and scheduling
• Draft and respond to correspondence
• Take notes and assist with virtual/phone meetings
• Coordinate travel logistics and accommodations
• Handle administrative tasks (filing, scanning, copying)
• Support light bookkeeping and expense tracking
• Conduct online research and organize data
• Uphold strict discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an executive or personal assistant (virtual support experience a plus)
• Entertainment Experience preferred
• NYC-based or able to commute as needed
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Independent worker with sound judgment in ambiguous situations
• Proficient in Apple/Mac, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and basic spreadsheets/word processing
• Familiarity with the arts or entertainment industry is a plus
• Flexible availability, including occasional nontraditional hours
