Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
About the Role
We are seeking Manufacturing Operators to join our team in Fall River, MA. In this role, you will support the production of Metered Dose Inhalation (MDI) products in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Dispense raw materials and packaging materials per work orders.
Operate manufacturing equipment with minimal rejections and maximum efficiency.
Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areas.
Execute and document all manufacturing activities in batch records and logbooks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Packaging, Engineering, Maintenance).
Monitor production performance and report issues to supervisors.
Conduct line clearance and ensure status labelling at all stages.
Perform equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Follow cGMP, SOPs, and OSHA safety guidelines at all times.
Wear required PPE (respirators, gowns, gloves, etc.) while performing job duties.
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (pharma preferred).
Hands-on knowledge of cGMP and SOP compliance .
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Comfortable working independently and in a team setting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and material handling.
Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime if required.
Preferred:
Prior experience with MDI, granulation, blending, compression, encapsulation, or coating processes.
Knowledge of deviation, CAPA, and basic pharmaceutical quality systems.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
