PHARMACIST – PRIOR AUTHORIZATION
PBM or Prior Authorization Experience REQUIRED — Non-Negotiable

Pharmacist – Prior Authorization Job Description:
This is a fully remote call center pharmacist role. The pharmacist will be responsible for reviewing and completing prior authorization requests based on established clinical criteria and internal policies. The role requires independent work in a secure home office environment and adherence to privacy practices to protect sensitive patient and company information.
Pharmacist – Prior Authorization Schedule & Location:
• Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (local time)
• Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CT
• Location: Fully Remote (Work From Home)

Pharmacist – Prior Authorization Salary/Wage:
$53 per hour
Pharmacist – Prior Authorization Duties:
• Review and complete prior authorization requests based on clinical criteria
• Communicate with healthcare providers and patients as needed via phone
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to teleworker privacy practices
• Utilize company-provided systems through a secure VPN connection
• Lock workstation or shut down equipment when not in use
• Use a dedicated home workspace during business hours
• Adhere to all company security and compliance protocols
• Participate in virtual training sessions and remote team meetings
Pharmacist – Prior Authorization Required Qualifications:
• Active pharmacist license in state of residence (must be listed on resume)
• PBM or prior authorization experience required
• Must provide their own high-speed internet
• Smartphone required for secure VPN access
• Private and dedicated home office workspace
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
