As a Principal Solutions Consultant at Ramp, you will be essential in establishing and nurturing partnerships with potential customers in our Enterprise & Public Sector segments. You will serve as the primary technical liaison for strategic prospects, including Fortune 500 and Government verticals, demonstrating Ramp's products and understanding customer needs deeply. Collaborating with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Engineering teams, you will develop tailored financial solutions, ensuring product alignment with customer requirements. Your expertise in technical and financial domains will enable you to design integrated solutions, advise customers strategically, and facilitate communication between technical teams and clients. From deal evaluation to product activation, you will drive customer success and influence product development to enhance Ramp's offerings. Strong accounting and API knowledge are essential for this role.
