Job Description

We’re Hiring: Founding Product Designer

San Francisco — In Office Only

At Arnata, we are building the future of logistics. Not software with a few AI features bolted on. Not dashboards layered on broken processes. We’re building AI agents that do the work — faster, more intelligently, and more beautifully than anything else out there.

We are looking for you — a designer obsessed with clarity, craft, and human intuition. Someone who doesn’t just make things look good but makes them feel inevitable. You’ll work directly with the founder to shape the first true AI-powered work experience in one of the world’s largest, most complex industries.

This is not for résumé-submitters.

This is not for people optimizing for remote perks.

This is not for those who “ship fast and fix later.”

This is for the few who care deeply.

Who believe design is a language — and refuse to speak in clichés.

Who know that excellence isn’t a luxury; it’s the only option.

You’ll Be:

  • The architect of our user experience from day one. From zero to one.
  • Working with the founder in our San Francisco office to design the AI operating system for logistics.
  • Leading interface design, user journeys, and brand expression across all surfaces: app, web, voice, email, and beyond.
  • Turning industrial complexity into human simplicity.
  • Creating a system others will copy, but never quite match.

You Should Have:

  • 4+ years designing real, shipped product experiences — ideally from 0 to 1.
  • Experience at software companies known for exceptional product design and culture.
  • A portfolio that makes us pause, not scroll.
  • Strong product thinking — you design why, not just how.
  • Taste. Yes, capital-T Taste. The kind you can’t fake with Dribbble shots.

Location:

San Francisco. In person. With us.

We believe in creative collisions. Serendipity. Side-by-side iteration.

We don’t do Slack stand-ins for real conversations.

If you're the kind of designer who can't stand when something almost works, who feels physical pain when pixels misalign, and who has a point of view on everything from modal transitions to loading states — we want to build with you.

Please send your portfolio to design at arnata DOT com. And one paragraph on how you envision an AI-operating system for logistics should look?

Apply only if you care as much as we do.
