We are looking for a Production Assistant Intern to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn about the fashion production process, gain hands-on experience, and potentially transition into a full-time role. This position is in office 5 days a week.

• Assist in coordinating production schedules and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to track orders and production timelines.
• Organize and maintain sample inventory, materials, and production documents.
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming shipments and finished garments.
• Support the team in administrative tasks, such as data entry, order processing, and filing.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth production operations.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Passion for fashion, production, and logistics.
• Previous internship or coursework in fashion, production, or related fields is a plus.

• Hands-on experience in fashion production and operations.
• Exposure to a collaborative and creative work environment.
