Impact Summary:

The Project/Program Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of complex DoD projects by providing analytical support that drives data-informed decision-making. Through detailed cost, schedule, and performance assessments, this role supports compliance with government standards and enhances overall program transparency and accountability. The analyst’s ability to synthesize technical findings, contribute to risk mitigation, and coordinate with stakeholders directly improves program efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. Their proficiency in program management tools and commitment to continuous improvement strengthens internal processes and reinforces contract performance. This position is essential to maintaining compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting the timely delivery of mission-critical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior analysts & project managers in defining program scope and objectives.
• Analyze cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Ensure program documentation aligns with DoD compliance standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track progress and identify challenges.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and program management software.
• Ability to communicate technical findings effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-9 years of experience in project analysis or project management.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Current US SECRET Security Clearance strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance quickly, required.
