Role Overview: 

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of product development projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of products that meet market needs and company goals. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can balance multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the product development process from start to finish, ensuring projects stay on track with time, budget, and goals.
  • Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to align product development schedules with market needs and company objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, establish milestones, and manage resource to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Monitor and track progress of projects, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to avoid delays.
  • Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, providing regular status updates on project progress.
  • Keep all project documents organized and accessible for the teams involved.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth product transitions from development to production and distribution.
  • Assist in analyzing product performance after launch and use the insights to improve future products.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products to keep the development process competitive and innovative.

Location and Work Environment: This is a contracted position and will be hybrid.
