Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

• Scheduling; Organizing Program Information, Budget Management, Scope Change Management, Progress Monitoring; Updating team members and partners; Managing information flow
• Works integrally with organizational leadership and team in developing schedules and scenarios to meet critical milestones
• Is client interfacing regarding client team meetings and may lead some of the client sub-team meetings and internal sub-team meetings independently
• Works integrally with Leadership, Finance and Business Development from Proposal to Program Initiation to Program Close Out regarding timeline and budget management

Job Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or similar
• 5+ years of relevant drug development CMC experience, preferably in cell therapy
• Experience in Project Management and/or Project Controls
• Experience in operating in a matrix team organization
• Proficient in Project Management tools such as MS Project, MS Teams, OneNote, Smartsheet, Tableau, SAP, and/or equivalent software tools
