Job Summary: As a WorkSmart Recruiter, your main task is to efficiently match qualified applicants with open job orders, meeting our clients labor needs, and counseling applicants towards their career goals.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones courteously and assist callers.
Proactively source qualified candidates from ATS and external job boards.
Follow up with clients and candidates request and needs.
Reach out, screen, and schedule appointments with potential candidates.
Lead job counseling sessions to guide placement decisions.
Coordinate onboarding and orientations for new placements.
Coach and support field employees, resolving concerns promptly, and assist with office tasks as needed.
Managing the relationship between the potential candidates and clients
Ensuring timely responses and maintaining precise records.
Additional responsibilities assigned.
Requirements:
An eager attitude to deliver exceptional customer service
Being flexible and composed in high-pressure situations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn new procedures, software, and policies.
Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong teamwork capabilities.
Preferences:
Previous experience in a staffing firm
Experience with Bullhorn
Up to date knowledge with Labor Laws
This job will operate in a professional office environment and will routinely use standard office equipment. Sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling, feeling, and reaching are frequently required for this job.
