Meta is seeking a Research Assistant II to join their team. As a Research Assistant II, you will be part of the research department supporting various research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Research Assistant II

Location: Sunnyvale, CA - onsite

What's the Job?

• Prepare research questions for interviews based on guidance from researchers.
• Support researchers and prepare materials as needed for the research project purposes.
• Conduct interviews of subjects and maintain accurate records, safeguarding confidentiality.
• Request or acquire equipment or supplies necessary for the project.
• Prepare progress reports and summarize interviews effectively.

What's Needed?

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
