R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Research Scientist I in Johns Creek, GA.

Your main responsibilities as a Research Scientist I :

Lead the formulation, development, and optimization of new programs, designs, and prototypes.

Participate in research formulating and writing with other staff.

Assess new technologies and future applications of technologies.

Propose, plan, and manage research projects, report preparation, and presentation of findings.

Apply for grants to continue their research.

What we are looking for in a Research Scientist I :

Bachelors degree or higher in a scientific discipline with adequate experience (MS with 0-2 yrs; BS with 0-4 yrs).

Background in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical engineering, process engineering

Formulation and process experience with hydrogel and contact lens care are desired

Must be able to write reports and communicate well to internal customers.

Fluency in English required.

$59,425 $74,285( Dependent on Experience)
