NurseCore is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an immediate wound care case in Arcadia, FL . This is a home care position providing one-on-one skilled nursing focused on wound management. You will play a critical role in helping our client maintain comfort, healing, and dignity within the home setting.

Provide specialized wound care , including dressing changes and wound assessments
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Monitor and document wound progress and overall patient condition
Follow physician orders and agency care plans with accuracy
Communicate effectively with supervising clinicians and family members
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment for the patient
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Florida (unencumbered)
Recent wound care experience required (1 year preferred)
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
Current In-Person CPR Certification (online-only CPR not accepted)
Negative TB test (current and documented)
Clear Level 2 Background Screening with AHCA
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow established care protocols
