📋 Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of high-performing in-home sales reps
• Drive sales strategy and execution focused on roofing and restoration
• Set goals, track KPIs, and hold your team accountable for performance
• Support reps in the field with canvassing, closes, and strategy
• Promote a culture of ambition, integrity, and ownership
• Oversee branch-level performance including P&L

💡 Who We're Looking For

Are you:

• A sales leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments?
• Motivated by growth, commissions, and creating team success stories?
• Comfortable leading from the front — in the field, on roofs, and in meetings?

🛠️ Minimum Requirements

• ✅ At least 4 years of door-to-door sales experience required
• ✅ At least 4 years of sales experience in the roofing industry required
• ✅ Proven track record: $2M+ in personal annual roofing sales required
• ✅ Experience managing a team of in-home sales reps required
• ✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• ✅ Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders
• ✅ Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• ✅ Willing to travel locally and manage reps in the field
