Sales and Lead Generation: Generate leads and identify potential clients interested in travel-related products and services. Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and virtual presentations to promote offerings and convert leads into sales. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences and needs. Provide personalized travel recommendations and solutions based on client profiles. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote travel packages, discounts, and special promotions. Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and other platforms to increase brand awareness. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments. Thoroughly understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of travel products and services. Collaboration with Partners: Establish and nurture partnerships with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers. Negotiate and secure favorable terms and discounts for clients. Sales Analytics: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and sales metrics. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. Act as a point of contact for post-sales support and issue resolution. Requirements Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the travel industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
