Job Description

OVERVIEW

Provide administrative support to the RISC department in the operation of multiple programs by monitoring daily tasks, coordinating activities, and collaborating with leadership on budget tracking. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

1. Coordinate the collection, organization, and maintenance of program documentation, ensuring teams have access to accurate, up-to-date information, maintaining confidentiality, as required.
2. Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, track action items, and assist with the planning and execution of events, workshops, and team activities.
3. Serve as a liaison between program teams and other business units to facilitate communication, ensuring project goals, timelines, and tasks are clearly understood and adhered too.
4. Assist in tracking and monitoring program budgets, keeping records of expenditures and line-item spending, supporting financial forecasting and reporting, and timely processing of all invoicing to ensure timely payments and accurate recordkeeping.
5. Assist in preparing reports and presentations to aid teams working on regulatory and standards compliance (e.g., PCI DSS), for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Monitor P-Card usage, track time off, manage supplies, sort mail, and handle general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations within the department.

QUALIFICATIONS

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education

• High school diploma/GED required
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or related field of study preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years' administrative work experience required.
• Previous experience in an IT or Information Security related field preferred.
• Previous experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and invoice processing preferred.
