Sr. Game Designer - Mission/Level Permanent / FTE

REMOTE

Our client is developing a first-person tactical military shooter title in Unreal Engine and is looking for a talented game designer to join their team. The Sr. Game Designer will work to design and implement mission for the game's story campaign. This is a hybrid role that requires BOTH creative vision and technical proficiency to bring the game vision to life.

Work with the Creative Director to establish the overall arc and pacing of each mission
Thoroughly plan and document missions in detail
Set up objectives and encounters, script mission events, and assemble all mission assets
Evaluate and iterate on missions based on playtest feedback

Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3+ years' experience in a Mission Design role Familiarity with Unreal Engine 4 and Blueprints Experience with AI scripting and Behavior Trees Shipped Titles in FPS/TPS genre is a HUGE plus! This is a remote position.
