Position Summary Walmart Connect is revolutionizing how brands engage with consumers at every stage of their shopping journey. With a significant presence in the U.S. market, Walmart Connect empowers brands to foster deeper connections and drive sales through innovative advertising solutions. What You'll Do We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Manager to lead our Emerging Brands sales team. This role focuses on expanding our advertising partnerships both online and in-store, driving significant revenue growth across key verticals. As a strategic leader, you will not only own the portfolio strategy but also hire, mentor, and develop a talented team of Partner Managers. Key Responsibilities: Drive substantial advertising revenue growth within assigned verticals. Develop and enhance business processes to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. Identify challenges facing emerging advertisers and optimize their experience with our suite of advertising solutions. Lead, coach, and influence team members within a matrix organization. Utilize consultative sales techniques to engage with C-suite executives, demonstrating a collaborative and innovative approach. Qualifications: Over 5 years of experience in leading and managing high-performance teams. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through emerging opportunities and established partnerships. Strong knowledge of advertising technology and metrics related to performance measurement. In-depth understanding of eCommerce principles and market trends. Exceptional storytelling abilities, capable of articulating marketing opportunities to brands. Outstanding communication and presentation skills to convey insights and data effectively. Proven adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. Leadership in introducing new processes and measures that enhance operational performance. Keen ability to be innovative and quick to adjust in a dynamic landscape. Strong collaboration and influencing skills across different teams. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or 6 years of equivalent experience in business, marketing, or sales. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience managing sales teams in relevant areas. We offer competitive salaries and a range of benefits, including health coverage, financial benefits like 401(k) and stock purchase options, and generous paid time off. Our annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00, with additional performance-based bonuses.
