Senior Staff Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT

The Senior Staff Accountant will prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and adjustments
The Senior Staff Accountant will perform monthly account and bank reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Analyze financial data and explain variances
Maintain accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis
Generate reports using Excel and accounting systems
Ensure data consistency across accounting and HR/payroll systems

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT:

BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
2+ years General Accounting
Covid Vaccination is a MUST
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
