Senior Staff Accountant
We're seeking a detail-oriented and driven Senior Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for critical accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills and a passion for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Staff Accountant:
Prepare and post journal entries into the general ledger
Perform timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations
Conduct detailed inventory reconciliations
Support and execute the month-end close and year-end close processes
Qualifications of the Senior Staff Accountant:
3-4 years of hands-on accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Strong understanding of month-end close procedures and account reconciliation
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
