Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

LHH is partnering with a client to find a Social Media Coordinator with a strong passion for content creation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the camera, understands what performs on social media, and is eager to bring brand stories to life.You’ll take a hands-on role in planning, shooting, editing, and publishing engaging social content that aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of original, on-brand social media content with a focus on short-form video using an iPhone or similar mobile device
  • Plan and shoot behind-the-scenes content, interviews, thought leadership clips, and event coverage
  • Edit and publish high-quality video and photo content using mobile and desktop tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express, Canva)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign launches, brand storytelling, and content calendars
  • Write captions and social copy that match brand tone and drive engagement
  • Monitor performance analytics and suggest content improvements based on data and trends
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices
  • Ensure all visual and written content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment
  • Proven ability to plan, film, and edit mobile-first content that performs across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling
  • Proficiency with social media tools and content editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, Adobe Express)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
