Special Education Teacher Educational Team Leader (ETL)
Location: Lanesborough, MA
Contract Type: Full-Time, 20252026 School Year

Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and experienced Special Education Teachers to serve as Educational Team Leaders (ETLs) in Lanesborough, MA, for the 20252026 school year. In this role, you will play a key part in leading the special education process, collaborating with staff and families, and ensuring compliance with all IEP requirements.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Educational Team Leader (ETL) for assigned caseloads.
• Chair and facilitate IEP meetings, ensuring a collaborative and productive environment.
• Draft, revise, and finalize Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Coordinate and send meeting invitations to families, service providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all IEP processes and communications.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators to support student needs.
• Provide leadership in problem-solving and decision-making for students receiving special education services.

Qualifications:

• Required: Massachusetts DESE Special Education Teaching Certification.
• Experience in writing and implementing IEPs.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal special education regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Prior experience serving as an ETL or in a similar leadership role preferred.

Position Details:

• Start Date: August 2025
• End Date: June 2026
• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload: Special Education students, ETL duties focus
