Job Title: Specialist Aircraft Maintenance Job Number: 18202 Job Location: Greenville, TX Schedule: 5/8 Clearance: Requires an Active DoD Clearance to Be Considered Job Description: Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures for various engine types including RB211, CT79C3, PW100, CFM56, and PT6A. Oversee the engine overhaul and repair process, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and aviation regulations. Monitor engine performance and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Liaise with manufacturers and service providers for technical support and warranty claims. Ensure all maintenance activities are documented in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Provide technical expertise and guidance to other offices and teams. Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices. Essential Functions: Planning Support Provisioning Implementing Travel 10% Qualifications: Requires proficient knowledge of job area. May have practical knowledge of project management. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. Active Secret Clearance Working Knowledge of FAA requirements Familiar with Commercial Aircraft Manuals Aircraft Maintenance Experience (A&P preferred) A minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft engine maintenance Experienced with MS Office Preferred Additional Skills: Certifications specific to aircraft engine maintenance. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in the use of maintenance management software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
