Candidates must live locally to the office in Richmond, VA .As a Supply Chain Logistics Specialist with Hyper Solutions you will play a critical part in managing all inbound and outbound freight operations at our Hub office and across all manufacturing partners. This role ensures efficient transportation logistics, cost control, and timely delivery of materials and products. Additionally, the Supply Chain Logistics Specialist will play a key role within the Supply Chain team while optimizing logistics support for supply chain and service Operations. Local/Work from Office Required in Richmond, Virginia area.Why Hyper Solutions?•Competitive salary and benefits package including: Employer Paid Medical, dental and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance, Company paid short-term and long term disability 401K Plan with company matching Generous PTO policy and paid holidays•Collaborative and innovative work environment.•Opportunities for professional growth and development.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:Freight and Logistics Management:•Oversee and manage inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely receipt and accuracy of materials at all locations.•Work with the Supply Chain team to resolve inventory discrepancies preventing receipt of finished goods.Warehouse and Inventory Logistics:•Manage logistics workflows for Hyper Hub operations, ensuring efficient inventory movement and fulfillment accuracy.•Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments across warehouses, including partner sites and manufacturing locations.Service Management Support:•Communication and Tracking: Serve as the primary liaison with customers and teams, confirming requirements, providing updates, and ensuring timely order completion.•Record-Keeping and Invoicing: Maintain accurate service transaction records and coordinate REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor ’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation management, or supply chain operations.Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics cost analysis and route optimization.Strong communication and negotiation skills to work with carriers and service teams.Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs compliance is a plus.Experience in logistics for manufacturing and service operations.Familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systems.Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CLTD, CSCP) is a plus.Hyper, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable laws prohibiting employment discrimination.
