JOB DESCRIPTION:

Rhythm Healthcare is on a mission to deliver comfort, safety, independence, and hope to those we serve. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a well-rounded HR professional with strong experience in internal recruitment. This Talent Acquisition Specialist role blends recruiting expertise with broader people operations support, not just sourcing and hiring.

This role sits at the intersection of recruiting strategy, internal stakeholder support, and training coordination. You’ll work closely with the People Operations team, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and thoughtful experience, for both candidates and employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and identify top-tier talent across departments.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from posting through offer stage.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, prep panels, and gather structured feedback to ensure an equitable process.
  • Maintain clear communication around hiring pipelines, updates, and recruiting metrics.
  • Support employee onboarding in partnership with People Ops.
  • Contribute to manager development and employee training initiatives.
  • Assist with global hiring coordination and international recruitment logistics.
  • Support M&A talent integration as needed, ensuring cultural and process alignment.
  • Assist with People Operations tasks as needed, including employee communications, documentation, and general HR coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a People Operations or Human Resources role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Well-rounded HR background with hands-on experience in internal recruitment; this is not a standalone recruiting role, and familiarity with broader people operations is essential.
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities with professionalism and care.
  • Exposure to onboarding, internal training and development, or people operations is a plus.
  • Experience with international hiring or M&A-related talent work is preferred but not required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally (e.g., for materials, equipment, or office supplies).
  • Visual acuity to read and interpret data on screens and in printed form.
  • Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (keyboard, mouse, phone, etc.).

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Comprehensive benefits package

The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job. It is not to be construed as an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities or physical requirements. Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Rhythm Healthcare is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
