At Voia, we are redefining the boundaries of virtual production and video creation using 3D and AI. Our platform allows to produce Hollywood-grade video content, utilizing generative models and neural rendering techniques.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Technical Artist to join our AI team and lead the creation of synthetic datasets .

You will be responsible for designing and implementing pipelines to generate high-quality synthetic data, which will be used to train state-of-the-art neural rendering and generative models.

Your work will directly impact the realism and performance of our AI-driven video technologies by ensuring robust and scalable data generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pipelines for synthetic dataset generation using Unreal.
• Create procedural content generation tools to automate the creation of diverse training data.
• Optimize synthetic data assets to closely match real-world video and 3D data distributions.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to ensure datasets meet model training requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ Python coding, at the scripting and automation level.
• Experience building and rendering with Unreal.
• Experience creating and manipulating avatars in 3D tools.
• Knowledge of procedural generation techniques .

The ideal candidate has a combination of technical artist skills with software engineering skills.
