Must be located in Miami. *** Summary of the Role: This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a team of senior program and project managers who are driving critical data center projects and Azure migration programs. The intern will focus on streamlining project management processes, optimizing tools usage such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and internal automation systems, and supporting the team’s efforts to improve efficiency in project delivery. In this role you'll: Process Improvement: Analyze current project management workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. Tool Automation: Implement automation solutions for project management tools (ServiceNow, Confluence, etc.) to reduce manual tasks and streamline reporting and collaboration. Data & Metrics: Assist in setting up dashboards and reporting structures to track project KPIs and milestones, providing actionable insights to the team. Documentation & Knowledge Management: Help create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in Confluence and SharePoint, ensuring consistency and accessibility. Cross-functional Collaboration: Support the senior program managers in coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders using data centers and or part of the Azure migration projects. Project Tracking: Assist in tracking timelines, risks, and deliverables for ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Process Streamlining: Within the first 2 months, identify and implement at least 3 process improvements to enhance efficiency across project workflows. Tool Automation: By the end of the internship, automate 50% of manual tasks in Confluence, reducing team workload and improving response times. Dashboard Setup: Develop and deploy a project performance dashboard within 60 days to track and report on key project metrics (timelines, risks, resource allocation) using ServiceNow. Documentation Management: Ensure that 100% of project documentation is structured, organized, and accessible in Confluence by the midpoint of the internship. Project Support: Provide direct support to at least 2 project managers, contributing to more efficiency and productivity in using our processes. About the Ideal Candidate: Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or an MBA. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management tools (Miro, Confluence, ServiceNow) and a basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions. Automation Skills: Basic experience with automation tools or scripting is a plus. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
