We are looking for qualified individuals to promote Laticrete’s Masonry Veneer Installation System (MVIS) products and systems! The primary responsibility of the Technical Sales Representative is to achieve sales goals by creating demand for our products and services through major contractor customers and distributor partners. Responsibilities: Attend training sessions and travel with experienced technical sales reps to learn company products, procedures, culture, and customer dealings. Introduce, demonstrate, and promote all current and new products. Assist and accompany distributor sales personnel in training and motivation at technical training sessions. Evaluate the territory distributor framework to ensure sufficient coverage and maintain the distributor hopper list. Maximize market penetration in the assigned territory. Implement pricing policies within market segments as directed. Design and execute distributor-level product promotion programs. Maintain project tracking and competitive pricing files. Submit quarterly reports on performance and competitive activity through intelligence gathering. Follow up on inquiries and leads provided by RSM. Investigate, document, and report all complaints and claims for service, coordinating with the Technical Service Division. Attend annual North America Sales Meetings and trade shows as assigned. Participate periodically within the assigned territory as required. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as delegated or mutually agreed upon. Qualifications: Experience selling masonry veneer or related building products is strongly desired. Relocation if required. Desire to learn and grow professionally. Ability to present to large groups. Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a good driving record. Physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Creative thinking and strong written communication skills. Assertive personality. Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) highly preferred. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems (Oracle EnterpriseOne and CRM OnDemand preferred). Team-oriented attitude and positive approach. Educational Requirements: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Travel: High travel component (30-50%) within the territory.
