Payrate: $27.58 - $27.58/hr. Summary: This position provides client support for inquiries that include but are not limited to general transactions; operational issues, and/or office support. An ideal candidate should be able to work under moderate supervision and have a general skill set that is applied to the essential functions. Utilizes knowledge or resources to resolve moderately complex issues, escalates complex non-routine problems. Accountable for performing assigned functions efficiently while ensuring all regulations, procedures, and policies are adhered to. Responsibilities: Greeting all branch customers with exceptional customer service and handling reception duties for customers meeting with other internal partners. Processing of deposits/cashing checks Placing holds Completing Currency Transaction Reports (CTR's) Processing payments Fulfilling cashier check requests Other common Teller duties Processing courier bags with client cash deposits Reviewing inquiry and formulating response or implementing action to resolve which may result in inquiry being resolved during initial contact or may perform additional research, problem solving, or escalation to other internal partners. Processing mail, payments, check orders Fraud monitoring and escalation Scanning transactions at the end of the day Relationship Advisor requests may include, but are not limited to: Requests for Cashier’s Check Arranging appointments Account Research Qualifications: Experience in operations and have a customer-focused approach to service. High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience in Clerical or administrative Strong organizational and time management skills are important. Absolutely multi-tasking is essential in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. Must be able to work independently on assigned duties while successfully collaborating in a team-friendly environment. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $27.58 - $27.58/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
