First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Educator for a travel nursing job in Dover, New Hampshire.

Title: Office RN (Triage/Call Center)

 

Unit:  Dover Fam Practice Clin Staff

 

Schedule: 08:30am - 5:00pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm; 40hours/week

 

Unit Notes:

• Utilize triage templates in Epic to triage incoming patient calls.
• Relay lab and diagnostic results to patients, per PCP.
• Epic in basket management, including patient portal gateway messages.
• Conduct patient assessments via phone, devise care plans, educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, collaborate closely with PCP to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Will respond to medical emergencies in the practice.
• Support medical assistants with clinical questions and concerns.
• Epic experience preferred or other EHR experience preferred.

 

Requirements:

• 2 years of RN Triage/Call Center experience.
• Active NH RN License or Compact License , current BLS  certification.
