Pay Rate: $1974.26 - $2175.71

1. How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks or can be shorter 2. Schedule of assignment hours? M – F, 8am – 5pm? correct and weekend rotation 2 x a month best 3. Will this candidate be visiting patients in care facilities or only in patient’s homes? ALFs and homes 4. Will you want to hire the contractor at the end of the contract or is this truly a contract assignment? Possibility (CL will direct on pricing) 6. What region are you in? Home health or Hospice?
