Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Certified OR Tech – Menino OR

Shift: Rotating D/N / shift start times 7a, on night rotation will be 7p, 12×3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 Weeks

Every 3rd weekend as needed. No major holidays. One call per schedule time period.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of inpatient surgery
• BLS
• NBSTSA
• CST

Other Details:

• May float to other OR campuses if needed.
• Dept Details: Surgical services- gen, gyn, gu, oral, oto, bariatrics, ortho, neuro, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pedi, trauma, spine. Number of rooms: 17 OR’s. OR is staffed 24/7. Positive attitude, flexible, must be competent in at least 5 of the services listed above, excellent communication skills.
• If candidate worked as a surg tech prior to 7/1/2012, no cert is required or formal education required. If candidate worked as a surg tech after 7/1/2012 cert and formal education required- facility can determine whether or not candidate is required to adhere to state guidelines.
