CGI Federal is seeking a mid-to senior level Specialist to provide leadership, guidance and subject matter expertise in the areas of the US Veterans' Affairs' Pharmaceutical Ordering / McKesson / Consolidated Mail-order Pharmacy (CMOP) programs. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest organizations of the US Federal government. This program will retire the agency's existing legacy system and replace it with Momentum. We take an innovative and collaborative approach to supporting our client, working in an Agile environment using emerging technologies. This position is located in our Arlington, VA or Austin, TX office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities: Analyze, design, and review business processes and system interfaces for incorporating VAs Pharmaceutical Ordering / McKesson / Consolidated Mail-order Pharmacy (CMOP) programs with VAs Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) Program. Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of VAs Pharmaceutical Ordering programs, such as McKesson / Consolidated Mail-order Pharmacy (CMOP). Lead and contribute to business requirements and design sessions with stakeholders from VHA. Review business process flows, data and reporting requirements, VA / VHA policies, and other system processing documentation for these business processes. Participate in other meetings related to training, change management, and stakeholder management. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Bachelors degree. Minimum 5 years of subject matter expertise in the areas of VAs / McKesson / Consolidated Mail-order Pharmacy (CMOP) programs. Experience with VA/VHA Financial Policies and Financial Reporting requirements. Experience with VA Financial Management systems, including FMS. Ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior-level management and clients. Strong written and oral communication skills. An outstanding ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines. Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: Experience with Federal Financials and/or Acquisitions. CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $169,700.00.
